Documents V2 Task Support

This feature updates the design of the Document task interface to improve the display and management of mandatory document requirements, including the acceptable document types feature. Key changes include clearer display of mandatory documents (marked with a red asterisk), an updated upload component with a more intuitive icon, and a refined "Document Type" dropdown showing only acceptable document types.

Support Entity Type Other

This feature removes the Quick Link UI restriction, allowing portal users to be linked to an entity type "Other" without any UI restrictions, and ensures the portal continues to function and display correctly. This feature also updates the error message to "Unable to link a portal user to an entity of type Group."

Allow Email Links to be Configurable

Clients using SSO or custom portals can now configure the URL for buttons in three email templates: Outreach, Delegated Notification, and Front Office. The URL will be fixed across all templates and will no longer include journey-specific information. Updates to the URL will require a request to the product team. Button text remains editable in Outreach and Delegated Notification templates. Modifications to Auth0 emails are not supported.

User Roles Extension: Ability to Configure Additional Roles

This feature increases role flexibility by allowing up to 50 roles per tenant, including two non-deletable default roles (Standard and Client). Configurators can create, edit, and manage roles via a new "+ADD" button, and administrators can delete roles (except defaults). Users will be reassigned to a default role if their assigned role is deleted.

Documents V2: Hide Deferred Documents

This feature introduces a new toggle to hide deferred documents from portal users, similar to the existing functionality for hiding waived documents. The toggle is configurable, allowing clients to decide whether to display or hide deferred documents based on user role. By default, deferred documents will be visible, maintaining the current behavior.

Bypass Portal Homepage on Login

Clients who use the authentication approach of username/Password and want to avoid users navigating to the Portal Homepage before navigating to the login screen can append /redirecttologin to the URL.
