Email Configuration Area for Email Templates
Administrators can now manage all Portal email settings from a dedicated Email Configuration area, separate from Brand Configuration. Email templates are presented in a scalable, grid-based layout, and the email domain, sender, and per-brand template content are all managed in one place.
The grid lists each template with its name and last-updated date, paginating after 10 templates and supporting up to 50 templates in total. A Brand dropdown at grid level lets administrators configure every template on a per-brand basis, overriding the subject, body, button text, footer, logo, and colour for each brand individually. Administrators can also add new outreach email templates, which are created against the default brand and made available to all brands automatically, with any future brand inheriting all existing templates and their default values.
Additional templates can be added for outreach emails only. Verification, Password Reset, and Delegated User Notification each support a single template, editable per brand.
Appearance, colour theming, and other brand settings for the Portal remain in Brand Configuration.
