Outreach Related Parties V2 is a new, unified task that amalgamates the existing Outreach New Related Parties and Outreach Existing Related Parties tasks into a single experience whilst also introducing new functionality.

As part of the newly introduced Related Parties Outreach Experience, enhancements have been made to the Outreach Related Parties Review Task. When a journey uses the new Outreach Related Parties V2 task, the second tab of the Outreach Related Parties Review Task will now work as a Proposed Changes tab, giving Fenergo users a clear, field-level view of what a portal user has proposed to change on each related party.

In-App Chat Messaging lets Portal users message their operations team directly from within a journey, and lets operations users respond from a single conversation hub, without either party leaving the platform.

The number of Child Legal Entities that can be selected at one time when adding to a Legal Entity Group has increased from 20 to 200. Users can now select up to 200 Child Legal Entities in the modal in a single selection.

Product Field Level Access Layers allow configurators to restrict which product fields a Portal user can see in the Manage Products task and within the Products tab on the Legal Entity Profile Page, based on Business Related and Geographic entitlements. This is independent of the existing entity-level field access toggle, and both can be enabled for the same role at once.

Portal now supports data and document requirements triggered on an Investment Account based on the linked fund or share class, configured in the platform via the Policy Engine. Two new sources are supported: Investment Account Fund and Investment Account Fund Share Class.

The Portal Default Dashboard can now display a journey's configured Journey Name instead of its Journey Type, making it easier for users to distinguish between multiple journeys that share the same type. This is controlled on a per-tenant basis and can be enabled via a service request.

The Trader Request Portal dashboard has been enhanced to help Sales users find, track, and act on their requests more easily, with the requests view now organised into My Requests and My Tasks tabs, clearer journey information, milestone-based progress, and new sorting and filtering.

Document status indicators on Related Party cards have been refined to give Portal users a clearer signal on document expiry. A red indicator now identifies related parties with expired documents, an amber indicator highlights documents due to expire within the next 90 days, and the previous "no valid documents" warning indicator has been removed.

Administrators can now manage all Portal email settings from a dedicated Email Configuration area, separate from Brand Configuration. Email templates are presented in a scalable, grid-based layout, and the email domain, sender, and per-brand template content are all managed in one place.
