Screening Results Table Configuration

The Screening Results table has been enhanced for both On Demand Screening (ODS) and Ongoing Screening (OGS) through the introduction of a configurable table view. This enhancement allows users to prioritise and display the columns most relevant to their workflow, improving efficiency when reviewing and adjudicating screening hits.

Alias Name Screening (LexisNexis)

Alias Name Screening has been extended to the LexisNexis integration, allowing entities to be screened using multiple names, such as aliases (AKA), former names (FKA), and native-script name variants—within a single screening submission. This capability, which is already available for WCO and custom screening providers, has now been enhanced to deliver the same multi-name screening experience for LexisNexis.

Screening results for each alias are consolidated under a single legal entity, with clear traceability of which name triggered each match. This enhancement reduces manual overhead, improves screening coverage, and increases transparency by removing the need to submit and reconcile multiple screening requests for the same entity.

Screening Results Key Details Uplift (LexisNexis)

The Screening Results Key Details tab has been enhanced to support multiple identity values and fully structured identification details returned by LexisNexis. Users can now view all Dates of Birth, Nationalities, Citizenships, Places of Birth, and Identification attributes (including issuance country, issue date, and expiry date) for Individuals and Companies. This enhancement removes the need to cross-check screening hits directly in LexisNexis, as all available identity information is now clearly presented within Fenergo.

New Address Type: LexisNexis

A new address type: “Business” is now supported for Individual entities during LexisNexis screening, allowing clients to screen Sole Traders using either their Residential or Business addresses.

New Secondary Identifiers for LexisNexis

New secondary identifiers are now available for LexisNexis:

  • Individuals: SSN, Driver’s License
  • Companies: EIN

These must be enabled in the LexisNexis Secondary Identifier Configuration in order to use them. For LexisNexis Ongoing Screening (OGS), the Batch Formats configured in Bridger must be updated to include these secondary identifiers for it to be sent and used in OGS. The updated Batch Format files can be downloaded from the User Guide.

Alias Screening

The Alias Screening feature allows you to screen entities using multiple names, such as aliases (AKA) or former names (FKA), within a single inquiry. This enables a multi-name screening capability that streamlines compliance operations and improves traceability and transparency. Alias Screening is available for both WCO and custom screening providers.

Advanced Reporting for Screening

This feature introduces screening tables to Advanced Reporting, enabling users to query, analyse, and report on PEP, Sanctions, Adverse Media, and Enforcement outcomes. It provides end-to-end visibility across screening processes, enhancing risk and compliance reporting.

New Secondary Identifier for LexisNexis and custom screening providers

A new secondary identifier field is now available for LexisNexis and any custom screening provider: Passport Number. This must be enabled in the screening provider's Secondary Identifier Configuration in order to use. For LexisNexis Ongoing Screening (OGS), the Batch Formats configured in Bridger must be updated to include Passport Number for it to be sent and used in OGS. The updated Batch Format files can be downloaded from the User Guide.

Screening Country Mapping by ISO Codes (Grid and WCO)

Enable the sending of both ISO Country Codes as well as Country Names to the adapter, so that both can be utilised for screening. This gives clients greater flexibility by enabling them to use either the country name, the ISO code, or both when mapping to screening providers.
