This feature will allow users to set restrictions on the file types that can be uploaded in the application. It will also allow users to apply restrictions on the file size's that can be uploaded.

This feature will allow user's to archive documents that were incorrectly uploaded, which removes it from the available documents. Or allow the user to unarchive documents at a later stage to make available again. Documents can be archived from the Entity Profile Page, outside of a journey context. Documents that are already linked to mandatory requirements will not be archived until they are unlinked.

With the release of this feature, document requirements are now sorted by mandatory status by default, with mandatory documents displayed first.
This feature introduces the ability to gather deferred documents on journey completion for the entity in journey, and associated related parties, into an entity specific document review to automate the triggering of a journey for subsequent collection. Document Deferral utilises the Review Manager and Review Journey Scheduling enhancement released earlier this month.
This enhancement introduces a configuration option to prevent the persistence of expired documents within document-related tasks. Once enabled, out-of-date documents will be flagged with an 'Expired' chip, giving greater visibility to document status and helping users easily identify expired documentation.
This enhancement introduces the ability to configure and display custom metadata fields as additional columns within the Linked Documents and Matching Documents grids. This provides greater visibility of document-level data directly in the UI, reducing the need for users to open individual document records. Users can configure up to two text-based metadata fields (excluding rich text) via the Document Metadata Configuration screen. Once enabled, the selected fields will appear in the relevant document grids, with values truncated for readability and full text available via tooltip on hover. This enhancement applies to document requirements using the Document V2 framework.
A new configuration setting has been added to allow administrators to require users to enter a comment when waiving a document. This setting can be enabled from the Document Requirement Metadata configuration screen. When turned on, users will not be able to complete a waiver without providing a comment. The configuration applies to all waiver tasks going forward and supports improved compliance tracking.

The new Document Assignment task enables more flexible and controlled document sharing across entities during the onboarding journey. It replaces the limitations of Shared Templates and Entity Groups with a more dynamic, user-driven approach.
This enhancement to Intelligent Document Processing allows for the extraction of related parties from uploaded documents. IDP now has the capability to build out rich, complex related party hierarchies within the existing IDP flow.
This feature will allow users to trigger fields and drive validations via entity data on the Document Upload Modal and Create Virtual Document Modal in a Documents task and on the Entity Profile.
