Enhancement to improve sequential processing following the Manage Products task

If the task that follows a Manage Products task is configured with conditions that use the 'Related Products' data source, it's possible that the evaluation of that task could happen in parallel to the propagation of product data due to parallel processing. To support this configuration scenario, we have introduced a new configuration toggle to the Manage Products task. When enabled (optional) the 'Ready For Sequential Task Evaluation' toggle will hold the Manage Products task from closing until propagation of product data to other sources has completed. When the next task triggers, product data changes will be fully available for evaluation.

Business Metrics - Task Metrics

The Business Metrics Dashboard allows you to understand key metrics about your journey processes. This release includes Task level metrics, allowing users to see how many tasks were completed or reopened as well as the average number of tasks completed within a given period.

Enabling Advanced Dashboards on all live Production tenants

This latest push of Advanced Dashboards functionality includes enabling the Dashboards on all live Production tenants, Configuration Exchange Support for Dashboard configuration as well as enabling Localisation support for the Dashboards. We have also introduced a new UI for users in the left hand nav bar. With this updated UI, users will be able to locate 'Tasks' & 'Journeys' Dashboards respectively at the top level as their own individual icons.

IDP Managed Knowledge Base

A new functionality that allows for user-inputted entries into a stored knowledge base that can be fed into the LLM to help reach the expected outcomes of the User when utilising IDP. This allows for fine-tuning of intelligent document processing results over time during your testing. The entries in your knowledge base can be shared between tenants via config exchange.

Integrations - Integration Flows

Integration Flows is Fenergo's new Integration PaaS. It includes a low/no-code design environment fully managed on Fenergo's SaaS platform, enabling users to build, customize, and deploy integrations directly from within the Fenergo UI.

Enabling filter by Journey Name & Task Name on Dashboards

This latest release of Advanced Dashboards functionality includes the introduction of filter capability on 'Journey Name' &'Task Name' fields. Some additional changes as part of this push include the changing how users can edit a View name, removing Data Groups as config options for Dashboards and introducing a Days Open option in Journey & Task Dashboard View Configuration.
