On-Grid Drafts and Extended Search on the Product Tab
The search box on the Product tab and Managed Products tab of the Entity Profile Page has been enhanced with selectable modes. Table Data mode keeps today's behaviour, filtering the table by its visible columns. All Data mode surfaces 'Onboarding' drafts from in-progress journeys directly in the table, and extends search to all product properties (including data groups).
Selecting 'All Data' immediately displays any Onboarding-status drafts for the entity, pinned above verified products. Typing 3 or more characters and pressing Enter searches across all product properties, filtering the table to display matching products. Switching between Table Data and All Data clears the search field and any column filters and resets the table to that scope's default view.
This capability is available to any user with existing access to the Product tab or Managed Products tab. There is no configuration required and no tenant-level toggle. This is not available within the nested Product table within the Underlying Principals tab - the existing search experience is unchanged here.
