WorldCompliance Data Plus Support

Fenergo SaaS now supports the LexisNexis WorldCompliance Data Plus watchlist alongside the existing WorldCompliance – Full (Legacy) dataset. WorldCompliance Data Plus provides richer, structured screening data and more frequent sanctions updates, helping firms meet intraday sanctions-screening obligations such as the EU Instant Payments Regulation.

For entities screened against WorldCompliance Data Plus, this release enables reviewers to:

  • See structured screening data — PEP, Sanctions, Enforcements, Adverse Media, State-Owned Enterprise, Registration and other segments — presented as clear tables in the screening profile tab
  • View additional entity details in the Screening List panel, including the screening list name, file build date, entity created and last updated dates, position and entity status
  • See screening categories (PEP, Sanctions, Adverse Media, Enforcements, and Other) derived automatically from the returned data

Where a client is configured to screen against both WorldCompliance Data Plus and WorldCompliance – Full and the same entity is returned by both, only the WorldCompliance Data Plus result is shown, and resolving it also resolves the matching WorldCompliance – Full result — so the same entity is not reviewed or actioned twice.

The client's screening provider configuration determines which dataset is used. WorldCompliance – Full (Legacy) screening continues to work exactly as before.
