Capture Classification Once at Ongoing Screening

Analysts can now have Screening Classification Data captured directly at the point an Ongoing Screening hit is confirmed as a match, rather than waiting until the downstream On-Demand Screening task. Once captured, that classification is reused automatically across every related On-Demand Screening task the confirmed match triggers.

This removes the need for analysts to re-enter the same classification separately for every client relationship affected by a single confirmed match. This capability is managed by Fenergo Support or Product at the tenant level; there is no client-facing configuration screen. When enabled, resolving a hit as Match during OGS Stage 1 also displays a Classification Data panel using the same fields as On-Demand Screening. Analysts working the downstream On-Demand Screening tasks that this match triggers are not asked to re-enter that classification.
