📄️ Using the Legal Entity Profile Page
The Legal Entity Profile page is the representation for the information captured against a legal entity within Fenergo. It is the full 360 view of the legal entity and its associated information, summarising the different interactions the legal entity engaged in such as its data captured, the journeys it has gone through or the products it trades in. A User will be able to easily find and understand this information from a single point of reference.
📄️ Using Legal Entity Groups
The Legal Entity Group functionality in Fenergo SaaS will allow users to create Group constructs in the system to display and manage legal entities that share common information. Legal Entity Groups will solve for various business problems including the ability to provide one central location showing all legal entities in Fenergo SaaS that may share common information points.
📄️ Using Shared Data

📄️ Working with Policy
Policy is the catch all name for the data, document, and related party rules that drive the requirements within Fenergo SaaS. This is defined at the tenant level and applies for all entity types and all jurisdictions. If you see a field, document requirement, or related party capture request, it is because Policy has a rule behind it.
📄️ Using Data Groups
Some data points are captured once, while others can occur multiple times for each client. For example, a client has just one Date of Birth but can have multiple Addresses. These records have a one-to-many relationship with the client, and for these we use Data Groups.
