ποΈ Configuration Exchange
Configuration Exchange enables configuration to be imported from one tenant to another, allowing the flexibility to select from current or past versions of Configuration Items. Fenergo SaaS clients are expected to make configuration changes within a lower tenant (e.g. Dev tenant) and promote those changes to higher tenants (e.g. Dev->UAT->Pre-Prod->Prod) after rigorous acceptance testing.

ποΈ Localisation on the Fenergo Platform
Localisation enables the tenant to be translated into different languages, so that users in non-English speaking countries can access their tenants in their preferred languages. This could even be leveraged to convert the existing English system language to client specific terms if required.
ποΈ Multi-Publish
The Multi-Publish feature will provide users with the ability to push updates from an open Journey to the verified Entity record at multiple points throughout that Journey. Previously, users were limited to only one update to the verified record, which usually occurred at the very end of a Journey. The reason that this can be limiting, based on feedback from our clients, is that often data captured and reviewed in a Journey may be ready to be verified and shared downstream or included in reporting before a Journey is completed.

ποΈ Rich Text Editor
Previously, Clients have multiple field types that they can utilise in their data capture, but they will always capture a simple value: a "Date of Birth", a "First Name" or a "Risk Level" for example. The introduction of the Rich Text Editor is to allow Clients to provide detailed feedback, that acts as contextual information outlining the decisions made during a Journey. This includes the usage of stylised text, image insertion, file uploads or hyperlinked text.

ποΈ Significance Agent
The Significance Agent is a capability that allows the system to identify when a field has changed value and to then determine the significance of that change. This AI-powered feature allows the application to go beyond simple change-detection, by allowing the application to assess the level of change. The output of this significant change can then be leveraged in our Journeys to trigger dynamic logic.
ποΈ Webhooks
This guide will walk you through the process of creating and managing webhooks, as well as viewing recent deliveries using the Webhooks UI. The Webhooks UI is designed to provide a streamlined experience for handling webhooks and viewing delivery information, all within the Fenergo SaaS application. Fenergo SaaS offers a powerful set of webhooks APIs that allow customers to listen to internal events and receive event-related payloads at their specified URLs. Follow the steps below to effectively utilize the Webhooks UI.
